How to Reorder

We keep all your files archived to make it super easy to reorder more of your CDs, DVDs, posters or stickers. You don't need to create an account or log in anywhere. You simply place a "new" order for the same style of packaging as you got last time and indicate that it is a reorder.

Reorders with no changes

On each product page there is a question asking you if this is a reorder. If you want to reorder exactly like it was last time you say "Yes, just like before". Then you can include your old order number. This can be located in your original order confirmation email. You don't need to upload any files in order for us to get started on your reorder.

Reorder with changes

If you want to make a slight change to your previous release you'll answer the question "Is this a reorder?" with "Yes, with changes. Then you'll indicate which part of your project you are making changes to.

• Audio - if you add or replace some tracks
• Disc Art - if you change the printing of your disc
• Package Art - if you change some of the artwork of your packaging
• Package Type - if you change the style of packaging from your previous order but want to keep some or all of the same artwork

When you get your order confirmation email you'll get your link to upload any files that you need to add or change out. We will then send you new proofs using the most recent files as well as the previous order's files.
