Atomic Disc did an EXCELLENT job working with me on my album!! I purchased the art package to help me design my album cover and their artist (Sarah) knocked it out of the park!! It’s a little scary to trust someone with your artistic vision, but I’ll be using Atomic Disc for my next album as well!! I can’t really think of a way they could have done a better job or made the process easier... I would highly recommend to a friend! Thanks Atomic Disc!!

This was my third project with Atomic Disc but my first that needed mastering. Not only did the mixes come back sounding superb but the turn around time was like lightning. They had the mixes back to me for proofing within a few days of me sending them. Highly recommend! A+!

Fantastic graphics support. Ryan followed our instructions perfectly, then took the layout to a fabulous finish. The turnaround was super quick. Without Ryan’s timely response, we would would not have made our deadline. We could not be happier.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What’s the difference between mixing and mastering?

Mixing balances all your individual tracks into one stereo file. Mastering is the final polish — adjusting tone, loudness, and consistency so your release sounds great everywhere.

Do I need mastering if my song already sounds good?

Yes — even well-mixed songs benefit from mastering. It ensures volume consistency across songs, translates well to all playback systems, and meets streaming, CD and vinyl standards.

How do I prepare my files for mastering or design?

We’ll send you simple upload guidelines for each service once you place an order. Typically, we prefer high-resolution WAV files for mastering and 400 DPI artwork for print design.

How long does mastering and graphic design take?

Most mastering projects are completed in 1-2 weeks. Design proofs usually take 2–5 days, depending on complexity. Rush options are available if you’re on a tight deadline.

Do you help with mechanical licensing for cover songs?

Yes. Through our partner Easy Song, you can quickly secure the licenses you need for legal CD, vinyl, or streaming distribution.
