Shipping Policy

At Atomic Disc, every order is custom made specifically for you. Whether you're ordering CDs, vinyl records, T-shirts, posters, stickers, or other merchandise, your project is manufactured after your order is placed—it's never pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Because every order is unique, production time and shipping time are separate. Please read the information below before placing your order.


Production Time

Production begins after all of the following have been completed:

  • Your order has been placed.
  • Payment has been received (or approved payment terms have been established).
  • All required artwork, audio, and files have been uploaded.
  • Your proofs have been approved, if applicable.

Current estimated production times are listed on each product page. These estimates are based on our current production schedule and may change due to workload, equipment maintenance, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Time

Shipping begins once production has been completed.

The shipping method you select at checkout determines the estimated transit time after your order leaves our facility. Transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Atomic Disc.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional carriers when appropriate

To provide the fastest and most reliable service, Atomic Disc reserves the right to select the shipping carrier unless a specific shipping service has been purchased.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, qualifying products or promotional offers may include free shipping within the continental United States.


Requested Ship Dates

If you have an upcoming gig, tour, record release show, festival, or other important deadline, let us know when you place your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule and recommend the production and shipping options that give your project the best chance of arriving on time.

While we make every reasonable effort to meet requested ship dates, they cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to late file submissions, proof revisions, customer-requested changes, production scheduling, material availability, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Multiple Items

Some orders may ship in multiple boxes or separate shipments.

This may happen if your order contains different products (such as CDs and T-shirts) or if the quantity of a single product requires multiple boxes for safe shipping. If your order ships in more than one box, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and the packages may arrive on different days.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Atomic Disc is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost Packages

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

If your shipment appears to be lost:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible.
  2. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
  3. Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer before a claim can be resolved.

While we'll do everything we can to assist, Atomic Disc cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund until the carrier has completed its investigation.


Damaged Shipments

We package our products carefully to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Save all packaging materials.
  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged items.
  • Do not discard damaged products until instructed.

We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Delivery Delays

Atomic Disc is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Mechanical failures
  • Labor disputes
  • Customs processing
  • Government actions
  • Other events beyond our control

These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries around the world.

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties
  • VAT or GST
  • Customs fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local taxes

Atomic Disc is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.


Freight Shipments

Large orders may ship via freight rather than standard parcel service.

If your shipment requires freight delivery, someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival. Additional services such as residential delivery, lift gate service, inside delivery, or scheduled appointments may incur additional charges.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Salem, Oregon area.

If local pickup is selected, we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.


Risk of Loss

Responsibility for your order transfers to the shipping carrier once it has been picked up from our facility. While we'll gladly assist with carrier claims, delivery issues occurring after shipment are ultimately subject to the carrier's policies and investigation process.
