All T-shirts will be shipped via UPS. No PO boxes.

What determines the price of my T-shirts?
The price of T-shirts is determined by the number of colors in the print and the size of the T-shirts. 2XL and up cost more than the smaller sizes.
The price is updated in real-time in the online designer whenever you make any changes to your design or shirt selection.
We never charge any set-up fees and shipping is free within the U.S.
Can you print full-color photos?
No, we screen print our T-shirts and are limited to six colors.
How long will my job take?
Our standard production time for T-shirts is 15 business days. We will ship it for free via UPS Ground. You can select upgraded shipping options when placing your order. If you have a specific date you need your T-shirts in hand, please make a note of that when placing your order and we'll let you know if we can meet your deadline.
How does the online designer work?
The online designer is very easy to use. We have simple video tutorials that walk you through the process in the video tab above. There are also links above the designer on the designer page.
What file types can I upload of my band's logo?
If you want to upload your own logo or artwork, it should ideally be a vector .svg file. This will ensure the best printing quality. We can also accept rasterized files like .jpg, .gif, .png or .bmp, although this is not recommended. We have a simple video in the video tab above that will walk you through converting your artwork to a .svg.
How will I know if my artwork will print well?
We have professional graphic designers on staff that will look at every order. If there are any minor issues with your artwork, we will fix them for free. If there are any major issues with your artwork, we will contact you and figure out a solution with you.
What are raster and vector images?
Raster files are images containing square blocks of colors, known as pixels. If you zoom in to a raster image you will start to see a lot of little tiny squares. Raster images cannot be enlarged without losing quality.
Vector images are mathematical calculations from one point to another that form lines and shapes. If you zoom into a vector graphic it will always look the same. Vector graphics can be scaled to infinite sizes.
