Our Atomic Vinyl Pack™ is completely retail ready and includes the following:

Records: Each Atomic Vinyl Pack™ includes a 180g audiophile heavy record.
Printed Labels: The record comes with full-color printed labels.
Inner Sleeve: Anti-static, clear protective inner sleeve with rounded edges to make it easy to pull your record in and out of the package.
Outer Packaging: The Atomic Vinyl Pack™ has a wraparound, not a glued jacket. The wraparound gives you 50% more printable surface than a standard jacket and leaves the record visible from the back.
Poly bag: To ensure the package remains protected, it is finished with a sturdy, crystal clear poly bag, that holds it together.
Optional Inserts: You can choose to include an additional 2-panel, or 4-pane insert if you need more space for lyrics, photos, credits, etc.
Optional test pressings: Want extra peace of mind? Add physical test pressings to review your record on vinyl before the full production run. Test pressings are also high-ticket items for your most hardcore fans.

Our 100-record minimum makes vinyl pressing accessible for independent artists. Launch your release without overcommitting your budget, avoid storing unsold inventory, and start selling records at shows, online, or through your favorite retailers.

We strongly recommend mastering specifically for vinyl. Because vinyl has unique physical limitations, a dedicated vinyl master helps ensure your music is optimized for the format.

Our mastering engineers will sequence your tracks, adjust overall levels, optimize bass, stereo imaging, and high frequencies, to minimize playback issues and maintain consistent sound quality from the first track to the last. The result is a record that sounds its best on a wide range of turntables and lets your pressing live up to its full potential.

12” VINYL MAXIMUM TIME: 24 minutes per side at 33 1/3 rpm
Best quality - up to 18 minutes per side
Good quality - 18-21 minutes per side
Less quality - 21-24 minutes per side

When you exceed around 20 minutes per side, volume needs to come down, noise level tends to go up, and bass frequencies might need to be cut.

If your album is under 15 min per side we recommend manufacturing at 45 rpm for maximum sound quality.

7" MAXIMUM TIME: 5 minutes at 45 RPM
Best quality - up to 3:30 minutes per side
OK quality - 3:30-4:30 minutes per side
Less quality - 4:30-5 minutes per side

It is not recommended to cut 7" at 33 1/3 rpm because it might cause distortion.

A test pressing is a very small batch of 5 pressed records (no print work) that are sent to you for approval before we run the whole job. For larger runs of 300+ quantities test pressings are highly recommended.
